Kelly Wimmer

Kelly has been a realtor since June of 2005 selling throughout much of the state of Virginia. She has been blessed to have been trusted with the promotion and sale of a diverse range of properties. She has listed and sold commercial and residential properties as well as farms. Kelly has also sold varying sizes of land, waterfront homes, and lots. Covered territories include Williamsburg, Charlottesville, Staunton, Waynesboro, Northern Virginia, Spotsylvania, Albermarle, Louisa, Fluvanna, Orange, Westmoreland, Buckingham, and Augusta Counties, among others.

During her tenure in real estate, Kelly also secured an ARRA funded contract position for the federal government through the Department of Agriculture with rural development focusing on promoting government commercial loans to the private business sector as well assisting in securing grant funding for non-profits.

Prior to Kelly’s career in real estate, she was part of the International Fundraising and Communications Department with the sponsorship agency Christian Children's Fund (now ChildFund). While there, she worked on placement in media outlets with circulation in the millions, traveled internationally, and was responsible for a new media campaign. Although she adored the organization and her position, Kelly felt it was the perfect time to pursue her dream of a career in real estate.

Kelly graduated from Mary Baldwin College in Staunton, Virginia where she received a degree in communication with a minor in religion. Upon graduation, Kelly received the Algernon Sydney Sullivan award as well as the Mary Keith Fitzroy Award of Excellence.

All of these experiences have led Kelly to where she is now. Kelly receives a great deal of satisfaction in assisting buyers and sellers in the home buying and selling process.
