Kelsey is by far the best realtor there is. She helped us sell and buy a house at the same time in a crazy market when we were up against a tight timeline. We were dealing with difficult buyers and sellers at the same time and I don’t think we went a single day without some sort of bad news but Kelsey handled it all. She followed up constantly with a difficult appraiser, slow and unavailable lender, archaic title company, the list goes on. Without Kelsey we wouldn’t have been able to move into our new home and we are forever grateful for everything she did. Kelsey is who you need on your side.

Kelsey came into my life as a referral while I was shopping agents to sell my home. Within the first five minutes I knew she was the professional I wanted to work with. She is passionate about serving as your guide through the sales process and is also passionate and energetic about prepping your house to get it ready for the sale. In my situation, You have to add in a tragic twist of loosing my husband the weekend the house was supposed to go up for sale … she was by my side through everything. This woman was by my side for everything, including a lot of tears and uncertainty. I will literally never work with anyone else again, even for my rental investments. I also want to be very clear about why Kelsey is the ultimate agent outside of her loyalty to you:

1. She is very fashion and cosmetically savvy. Listen to her advice… on colors, design, furniture, etc. She is on top of what is needed to really make your home pop.
2. She is honest to a fault and will always make sure you understand every part of the process and what will benefit and protect you.
3. She has fantastic referrals in the community. I am still using her referrals for work being done at my new home and rentals. They have all been upstanding, honest, and fair businesses.
4. She is a great communicator and is on top of things 24-7.
5. She knows how to play the game and is competitive. She loves a challenge and will play to win for you.
6. She handles all of the advertisements, marketing, and photography for the job.
7. She will always stand up for you and what is right.
8. She has very fair rates.
9. She is also well versed in HOA’s

We finally closed on our home in May and we can't thank Kelsey and her team enough!! We are a newlyweds and began looking in 2020, 2021 buying our first home, planning our wedding, job changes, a pandemic, I'm self employed which adds a whole lot to everybodies plate.. and to be honest Kelsey was the only one keeping my head screwed on by offer #13 and life! She fought long and hard, worked crazy hours to meet deadlines on last minute offers and most importantly was beyond supportive and stayed in constant communication every step of the way. Kelsey truly takes care of her clients and wants the best for them, she called us I believe around 10-1030 to tell us we were in contract knowing we were waiting on pins and needles for an answer, what got me the most is how excited she was for us knowing how drained we were. I was ready to quit and she kept me going. We've now renovated, we are married as of August and fully settled into our new home, thank you so so much!! ❤

Kelsey is simply awesome, she is the hardest working realtor I’ve ever worked with. She was able to get my home sold within 48 hours it was in a hard sell neighborhood. And the process of selling my home, she was able to help me stage it and provide me with feedback of exactly what the process will look like. Full disclosure, I have yet to purchase a house with Kelsey, which is why I did not provide 5 stars. I have known Kelsey professionally for a decade. We worked together. However, she was more driven and naturally, advanced further with her career. I have always admired her work ethic. She doesn't step on anyone on the way up, she has a way of making you feel like a team, even on a solo project. We did purchase our first homes around the same time....she did it first, and seeing her passion and excitement to be a homeowner gave me that extra push to do it! She is confident in what she does.. When my husband and I decide to move, Kelsey is going to be one of the first people we consult. She is young and new to real estate, but she is a complete natural.

Update as of May 3rd 2021
I am updating from 4 stars to 5.
Husband and I decided move. We called Kelsey. She sold our home with having multiple offers the first weekend. She walked us through the whole process, and gave us the power to make informed, confident decisions.

We then needed a new home. Naturally we stuck with her to purchase. With it being a seller's market, we knew it may be a little more bumpy than our sale. Even with the bumps, we got into our new home, that checked everything off the list within our timeline. Communication is key and Kelsey has it. Thank you Kelsey for exceeding our expectations

She takes the time to understand your needs as a wants, listens to you throughout the entire process and makes sure that you are getting everything you want while also maintaining realistic standards. Really I could just say Kelsey was fantastic, but it wouldn't do her justice. We decided to go with Kelsey after working with another broker for a bit and I'm SO glad we did. We were buying our first home, which was a new experience. Kelsey was responsive, thoughtful, and encouraging. She walked us through each step of the way and cheered us on as we passed each milestone. In this market, which we warned was extremely difficult and could take a while to have a bid accepted, we looked at one house, placed one bid and our bid was accepted. I don't expect everyone else to have to that kind of success, but Kelsey helped us to have a plan, be prepared, and guided us with helpful tips that proved to be effective. I will say that our home buying experience went from anxious, scary and uncertain with our previous broker to exciting and confident when we went with Kelsey. We are so happy and grateful. Kelsey is the most calm and caring agent I have ever had the pleasure of working with to sell our home. She took a very genuine intrest in our home and the needs we had to sell it in a very time sensative situation. Made sure that all aspects of meeting the inspection regulations were met and even hired a proffesional photographer for the listing with a 3d walk around, spent her own money to promote the home in numerous markets as to get the quick open ended sale we needed. Kelsey is a very amazing, kind, and professional agent you want representing you in the sale/purchase of your home. She gets to know you personally so she is able to know the best way to negotiate with potential buyers. She has your best interests first, instead of what will make her receive a better commission. She is always very timely in returning a phone call or text if she's with another client. Very detailed oriented which is hard to find. She helped my partner and I sell our home in a timely manner in order for us to relocate. Even though we moved out of state she is still in contact with us. Likes to see the updates we have made to our new home, and very personable hand-written cards mailed. If you want an agent that has your best Interests at the top of the list. I highly recommend Kelsey to sell/purchase your home. With what I experienced I would definitely use her if she was in my area to purchase a home. Even though she wasn't my realtor to purchase our new home in Montana. I would call her for advice and questions because the agent we used here in Montana was "too busy" to return a call, text or email in a timely manner.
