Ken Baris

Ken Baris, President of BHHS Jordan Baris Realty in New Jersey, is among the real estate industry’s most prolific and dynamic leaders.
He is a proud recipient of the 2019 RIS Media Newsmaker Award for Achievers. He has received the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World President's Award for Transaction of the Year for Outstanding Client Experience. He is a past President of the NY Metro Group of Leading RE, served on the CRB Board of Directors, was a founding member of the Zillow Advisory Board, and Executive Committee of eLumindata Inc., a data science company. Ken is frequently in the media, a popular speaker at industry events and meetings, and is often featured in national publications and conventions.

An innovator, Ken created Top Presenter, winner of the NAR software of the year when launched and sold over 80,000 copies. He is heralded for his creative approach and his easy and humorous style.

Ken works respectfully to honor his father, Jordan Baris, who founded their company in 1952 and is iconic in the industry. Currently, there are offices in South Orange, West Orange, and Livingston with more to open in the future. The company is expanding.
