Ken Frank

Ken grew up on a dairy farm in Swanville, Minnesota with 12 other siblings (8 sisters & 4 brothers), graduated from Swanville High School in 1964. He spent four years in the Air Force, serving one year in Vietnam. At age 22, Ken diligently began to learn business and marketing strategies through continued schooling while employed by 3M Company (1968-1971). Three years later, through a desire to own and operate his own business, Ken entered the Real Estate profession at All-Properties, 2 years later he was co-owner and operator of Four-Star Properties, a Century 21 franchise. During the next 16 years Ken continued to operate the franchise, taught other real estate agents residential sales skills; the listing, pricing, and marketing of real estate; and creative financing techniques. As an owner/broker he also handled all marketing campaigns, as well as coordinated financing and customer loan closings. With his wife Kathy and 5 of his 10 children helping him, they form the Ken Frank Team. Ken was one of The Top Listing and Selling agents 30 years of the last 40 years in the Real Estate Profession.
