Ken Marker

Ken received a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Southern California in 1986, and received his Real Estate sales license shortly after in 1988 and his Brokers license the following year in 1991. Ken is a native of Southern California and has lived in the San Fernando Valley most of his life.

Ken’s highest concern is the quality of service provided to each and every client. He has assembled a team of professionals who ensure that each client will receive the best customer service based on their personal needs. That high level of service has led to almost 90% of The Real Estate Guys production coming from client referrals and repeat business. There is no accolade or award better than a referral from a satisfied customer.

As a co-founder of The Real Estate Guys, Ken has been a leader in the real estate industry. Within the past year The Real Estate Guys surpassed a Billion Dollars in closed sales. Ken and Corey have received almost every top honor at every brokerage firm they have been with. Since joining Rodeo Realty in 2008, Ken and Corey have received Top honors as the number one producing team companywide several times and number one producing team every year at Rodeo Realty Sherman Oaks. Prior to joining Rodeo Realty they spent 10 years at Coldwell Banker in Studio City, where they were also awarded as the Top team in the San Fernando Valley for several years and Studio City’s number one team for all ten years.

Ken is the Director of New Homes and Estates. His expertise includes real estate development and investment projects. From selling Estate homes to new housing and condo & apartment projects, Ken is one of the foremost experts on the complicated development process. Ken brings this vast knowledge into every real estate transaction. From first time buyers, to sophisticated investors, Ken uses his experience and knowledge to enhance all of the client’s needs and make the process seamless.
