Ken is the best! We sold a rental property a short while ago and Ken was our realtor. He advised us on everything - sales and pricing, negotiating, repairs, and closing. He was always knowledgeable and patient no matter how dumb our questions were.

My wife and I have bought and sold more than a few homes, and Ken ranks ranks up there as the best. I highly recommend him if you are buying or selling a home.

But never have we had a realtor like Ken Rembold. He was not just good--he was fantastic! He took away almost all the stress of selling the home. He arranged for everything that needed to be done, from cleaning up leaves to the items on the inspection list. He was truly a trusted advisor to us. 08/30/2013 - Psyprofaz Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $200K in Red Mountain Ranch, Mesa, AZ. I was scheduled to relocate to Arizona from Pennsylvania. Ken had the unenviable task of keeping up with our e-mail inquiries as well as having to send house listings and numerous photos. We scheduled a few trips out to actually look at some houses and in every case Ken went the extra mile to coordinate between us the the home sellers. Given the speed with which houses sell in the Phoenix/East Valley area, Ken was constantly updating his searches so that in some cases, we looked at some properties that came on the market just a day or so before our arrival. Ken did help us find the ideal house for our needs. We returned to PA and did the closing remotely. In the meantime, Ken acted on our behalf and arranged for the home inspection and served as a great intermediary between us, the seller and the mortgage lender. After closing Ken went above and beyond in providing additional assistance. He sat in our vacant house while appliances were being delivered and even arranged for some minor renovation work that we needed. I was so pleased with Ken's assistance that I recommended him to two of my friends from PA who were interested in buying properties in AZ. Both ended up buying properties from Ken and all remarked on how easy the process is when you have a professional like Ken working for you. I would recommend him highly without any reservations.

12/13/2015 - bricepartain Sold a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $500K in Las Sendas, Mesa, AZ. Ken came to us via our former next door neighbor. At the time we were renting a home in the Las Sendas Community and trying to sell a home we owned in Virginia. He and our Neighbors are good friends and they suggested we work with him to help buy a home. As life is, owning a home with a mortgage mixed with retirement and a few other issues made buying at that moment nearly impossible at first. But for Ken it was simply just a few extra hoops that needed to be negotiated. He gave us direction and assistance at every step from finding a lawyer to help with some legal issues to helping us find a local Arizona Bank that could refi our home in Virginia to helping us find a real estate agent for our home in Virginia to helping us find a replacement rental here in Arizona when the family whose home we were in needed to return to their home Ken was right there to make these issues easier to deal with even though none of them were easily brought to a resolution. Our buying process lasted from March of 2012 until October of 2015 but through the entire 3.5 year odyssey Ken Rembold was there for us and he was more than willing to help us achieve our goal of returning to the Las Sendas community. From start to finish we had an excellent experience which included a search and find, assistance with the various tasks involved in the purchase, and finally the closing on our new home. The man knows the ins and outs of the Real Estate business but more important he knows how to be understanding, patient, and VERY helpful at a point in life in which it felt as if the world was against us and there were no answers for the problems that we faced. Now that we have finished our business transaction, life is returning to a normal pace, and we are settling to our beautiful new home its very comforting to know we had Ken on our side! He truly made our purchase a reality. Even more important though is that we can consider him and his wife Nancy friends and neighbors and that really means the most us!

After working with another realtor who we found to be a bit lacking in experience and skills, we were referred to Ken by satisfied former clients/friends of his. We were swayed even further when we heard Ken had been a building contractor, as we were considering properties possibly requiring remodeling updates, and we knew that Ken's experience there would be very valuable. Upon meeting and working with Ken, we found him to be very pleasant and professional, and he was very patient with our process, including short notice viewings and repeat visits to some properties, with inspectors in some cases. He was able to offer input regarding structural and other considerations, as well as exhibiting good knowledge of the area, and gathering more information about houses available in the areas we were interested in. When it came time, Ken was great with all communication and negotiation with the selling agents, including helping the novice agents with issues that could have slowed down the process. Ken's help even went so far as to offer us the use of his utility trailer for our moving process, which we took him up on! Thanks Ken!
