Before Kenan became a realtor, he worked at real estate technology companies Trulia and Liquid Space. Kenan saw firsthand how impactful adapting and using new tools is tremendously beneficial for buyers and sellers that most agents were not using to their advantage.
At the beginning of his real estate career, Kenan aided a dozen top agents in San Francisco and Oakland to learn how the best agents create success for their clients throughout the endless scenarios that can arise. From there Kenan joined the top team in the East Bay, Katy Anderson and Katie Krembs, as a full-time agent selling 13 homes in his first year.
In 2021 Kenan founded the real estate brand Hello East Bay which focuses on residential real estate throughout the East Bay for people of all backgrounds. I also have experience helping clients’ close transactions with 1031 exchanges, tenants, multi-family properties, probate, relocation, fixers, all-cash/loan offers, rehab loans, and multi-generational searches.
Kenan has lived all over the Bay Area and settled down in Oakland with his wife where they are raising their little one.
