As a Certified Divorce Real Estate Expert (CDRE) and Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRE), I focus on real property sales in divorce and probate cases—situations where clarity, neutrality, and deep expertise matter more than ever.
Over the years, I’ve become a trusted authority in divorce, probate, short sales, and foreclosure work. I’ve helped hundreds of families avoid foreclosure, protect their equity, and navigate high-conflict moments with a level head and a clear plan. When things get complicated, I don’t flinch—I lean in.
I believe in sharpening my skills the old-fashioned way: through hard work and continued education. Beyond client work, I serve on both the Northwest Arkansas Board of REALTORS® and the Arkansas REALTOR® Association Board, working to support and elevate our industry. And giving back matters to me—outside of real estate, I volunteer as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) in Benton County, standing up for children in challenging family situations.
