My wife and I really enjoyed working with Kendra for our last property purchase. She was very helpful, friendly and dedicated to our needs. There was no doubt she had our best interests at the top of her priority list. She was never long on response time and we had a great experience using her as our agent in the Tri Cities. We’ve had the opportunity work with many realtors in the past and she is among the top on our list. Great person to work with!!!

Kendra was incredible to work with. She got my house listed in just a day or two! Even working with a bridge loan which required more paperwork. She was available when we wanted to look at houses and found some amazing options as well she sent to us! She staged our house and had it photographed. She negotiated the most favorable terms on our new home & was able to sell our other house quickly! Her promotion and marketing on the sale of our home was exceptional! We will definitely use Kendra again next time we are in the market for a new home or investment property!

I wish I could describe in words how happy and thankful with our experience having Kendra as our realtor was. Selling our home while trying to purchase our new dream home seemed like a daunting task that was out of reach. Spoke to Kendra about our options and decided to give it a shot by trying to negotiate a contingent offer on a new house (which Kendra thoroughly explained).

Our offer was accepted and it still felt like a long shot to be able to sell our home in time. However, Kendra found a buyer for our house and we were under contract in literally 68 hours from listing the place. I absolutely could not believe it was actually happening. Kendra maintained a wonderfully friendly, patient, and professional demeanor throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer any questions that we had and ensured that we understood every detail along the way. On top of everything else... The timeline for all processes remained on schedule from offer to inspection to closing day and even beyond.

I honestly couldn't recommend Kendra enough.
