A graduate of Vanderbilt University with a degree in Economics and Business Finance, Ken’s professional experience includes real estate Brokerage, real estate investing ( personally completing over 3 dozen fix-and-flip projects and 2 dozen fix-and-hold rental property projects), property/portfolio management, home building, appraising property, and property tax consulting. Ken is recognized by customers and industry peers as a Trusted Advisor when buying or selling residential property, land or commercial real estate.
Through the economic recession, Ken and his team became highly skilled in the sale of distressed properties to include short sales and real estate owned properties. By assisting sellers in the short sale process and helping hundreds of homeowners avoid foreclosure, Ken became an advocate for his clients and an expert negotiator with large servicing institutions.
During his down-time, Ken enjoys coaching youth sports, competitive running and spending time with his wife and 4 children.
