Kenny McFarland

Ken founded Colonial Realty Group in 2005 after an extensive and broad career in mortgage and real estate. Ken knew it was possible to build a full-service real estate company around a state-of-the-art technology platform, which would focus on local relationships, while delivering exceptional levels of service to all customers.

Ken was born and raised in Southern California and has been a long time Corona business owner and resident. Initially Ken was headed off to college but dropped out to make a living for his young family. This is where he took a turn towards the mortgage industry. Ken quickly learned the ropes and worked his way up, holding many varied high-level management positions over the years. Ken has now been married to his wife Innette for 32 years, they have 3 grown children, 2 granddaughters, 2 dogs, and 3 chickens.

Ken is a highly respected businessperson and citizen within the community. He is one who believes in giving back to others through service and selflessness. It is these core values that Colonial Realty Group was founded.
