Kenny founded NextHome Prolific based on strong philanthropic principles, delivering a concierge-style service to homebuyers and sellers with a focus on education and serving the community.

With a background of over 12 years of experience in the industry, Kenny has been able to build a successful brand and career, owning the only Black-owned Brokerage on the Eastside of Greater Seattle. He has also become a pacesetter with significant contributions to his community.

Anchored upon his history learning under the guidance of top industry coaches like the world-renowned coach Craig Proctor and serving under the best-selling author and publisher of Success Magazine, Darren Hardy. Kenny has learned the skills of leadership, teamwork, and organization in multiple fields and now brings them to bear in his real estate brokerage.

With deep industry knowledge, coupled with a detail-oriented approach, Kenny is equipped to understand the needs of the most discerning clients.
