My sister and I inherited a property from our late grandfather, and in trying to sell the property, we faced a myriad of challenges. With the foreclosure date rapidly approaching, we decided to hire Kent, and we instantly knew we made the best decision. Kent made what seemed impossible happen. He encouraged us to ask any questions we had and always kept us in the loop. It truly felt like we could step back and trust the process, and sure enough, the house sold well before the foreclosure date. I would recommend him to anybody and everybody! Anyone who hires him as their realtor is in amazing hands. We cannot thank you enough, Kent!

Kent is fabulous to work with! He's knowledgeable, committed, and dedicated. Kent was able to shield my husband and I from a lot of stress. He took on a lot of issues that pop up during a sale that we barely noticed! However, if we ever had any questions or concerns, Kent was a phone call away, with answers. The market took a bit of a turn while our condo was up for sale, however, with Kent's hardwork we were able to get it done. If you're looking for a "full service" agent, Kent is the man for the job. My only regret is that my husband and I moved out of state and we can't have Kent as an agent on our next home-buying journey.

This is the second time that I used Kent to help me through a home buying process. Each time Kent was very helpful, knowledgeable and available all hours of the day and night to help me. This time around when an offer was accepted Kent worked very closely with myself and the lender everyday. Kent even called people on my behalf to obtain some of the needed documents while I was working on other documents so that everything could be done right on time! Kent went above and beyond in the closing process and everything worked out and I closed last week. Thank you Kent!

I had never bought a house before and was in a time crunch crisis. Kent was the absolute best! Answered all my questions, explained things I didn’t know, was always there to answer the phone or my email at all hours. Maybe I could have done it with someone else but I doubt it and I’m glad I didn’t have to. Cannot highly recommend enough! 👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Kent did a wonderful job of taking care of us as we purchased our home. He was proactive and timely with his responses and advice. A lot of agents don’t like to work with buyers but Kent genuinely enjoys it and it shows. Would highly recommend working with him.

We listed our house with Kent right when the housing market slowed way down. He continually was upbeat about the procing of our house, going over ways to better show and strategies the selling of our house. He kept us well informed on the how the housing market was going. I would recommend to anyone wanting to sell or purchase a home. He also prescreened agents for us in Florida for the purchase of a new home.

Let me start by saying Kent's task of finding us a house was more than a challenge in the present Colorado market. He consulted my wife and I on the type of house we were looking for and the area of Colorado that we wanted to live, and we were very specific. Kent never strayed from our goals even though there were less competitive markets that he could have steered us towards. That being said, we ended up being a two year client of Kent's and during that time he was readily available to show and put in offers for all of the houses we were interested in. Moreover, he knew our budget and persuaded us not to make impulsive offers or take sellers terms when it wasn't in our family's best interest even though it would of been a quick sale and he could have moved on to another client. During this time we put in seven offers and were outbid on all seven. His experience in the Colorado market and his expertise as a realtor was the ONLY way we would have ended up in the exact style home, in the exact location we wanted to be. Finally I'll share the brilliant maneuver that Kent executed to get my family into our current and final home: Kent ran the comps, compared them to the asking price. The asking price was 50k less than what we offered. In this market, if the price you offer doesn't match the final appraisal, the buyer is responsible. It's called an appraisal gap. Covering this gap would have really stretched our budget. However, we trusted him and the appraisal came in 4k over our offer immediately giving us equity in our new home. The final stroke of brilliance is that he presented our offer to the sellers realtor on Super Bowl Sunday and gave the sellers realtor a deadline of 8pm knowing that her other clients would wait until Monday to out bid us again. They accepted our offer and we would not be in our dream home without him. True story.
You will not find a better, more integrable, more committed realtor in the state of Colorado, Period!

Mr. Kent Perenyi is the realtor that everyone wants when buying a home. He is truly a gem. Kent would accommodate your request, even at 6:30am. Yes, that is to early ! But this shows the dedication Kent presents for his clients. Kent know the industry very well. He will give advise as well as walk you through step by step.
