KENZIE ROSS

Kenzie is happy to be part of Coldwell Banker Distinctive Properties in Grand Junction, CO. She was born and raised in the Grand Valley. Not only does Kenzie love this area, but she also loves watching it grow and wants to be a part of that change.

Real estate has always been a huge part of Kenzie’s life. Her mother has been an underwriter here in the valley for over 30 years and is the reason she got into this industry. Kenzie knew from an early age that she wanted to have a career where she could help others, and make their dreams come true. Being able to sell houses, and watch them turn into homes, while meeting and making many friends along the way pointed Kenzie in the direction of becoming a realtor. The fiduciary duty she has to her clients pairs equally with her moral compass, which makes this second nature for her. Kenzie not only wants to help clients in or out of whatever real estate situation they are currently in, she also hopes to build a lifelong relationship!
