Kerlyn Fiallos

Kerlyn Fiallos is a Johnston County native; she was born & raised in Smithfield. Working with buyers and sellers in Johnston County, Wake, Wayne, and Harnett Counties is her primary focus.

Prior to getting her real estate license, Kerlyn obtained an Associates Degree in Arts from Johnston Community College. In addition, She has an extensive professional background in sales and property management. She is super Organized and Dependable. Kerlyn’s unmatched devotion to her clients and compassion to help others sets her apart. She utilizes the latest technology available to best serve her clients. Her goal is to exceed her clients expectations.


In her spare time Kerlyn Enjoys playing soccer, spending time outdoors, and visiting with family.
