Kern Coleman

Kern Coleman is the Owner and Designated Broker of The Michael Group, a Dallas–Fort Worth real estate brokerage he has led since 2012. With more than two decades of experience in the real estate industry, Coleman oversees the firm’s strategic direction and compliance as its principal broker. He holds an active Texas Real Estate Broker license, originally issued in 2003, and serves as the designated broker for the company’s operations across North Texas. Before founding and managing The Michael Group, Coleman worked with Texas Realty Partners, gaining experience in residential and investment property transactions. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Tech University and a Master of Education from West Texas A&M University. Under his leadership, The Michael Group has grown into a family-owned brokerage known for supporting independent agents through a commission-based model and flexible business structure.
