Kerri Benedict's Awesome Review.
I had to sell our family home that we lived in for 21 years because of a messy divorce. As you can imagine we had a ton of "stuff" to deal with. She was exceptionally professional thru the whole process, forgiving and kind. Kerri kept my X and I on a track for the sale of our home in a quick and timely pace - not to quick or to slow. She negotiated more than I expected and I am super happy with the price we got on the house (50k more than I expected)! She helped me and my X out tremendously. I would recommend her to anyone (drama or not) she can get things done!
