Kerrin Kostelic

Kerrin graduated from the Univ of Michigan and taught Elementary School in MI, AR, and WI before finally leaving the cold mid-west winters for good. She and her husband made Florida their home in 2000. She received her Real Estate Salesperson license soon after arrival, Broker’s license in 2005, and has been consistently ranked within the top 10% of Realtors in the Pensacola Association ever since.

Kerrin has worked hard to build a great business known for integrity & professionalism. She continues to learn & grow in her field and strives to provide exemplary service to all she works with. Assisted by her husband Joe, she not only educates her clients but empowers them to make a decision they won't regret.

They enjoy the laid-back life that comes with being residents of NW Florida. Picnics on the beach at sunset, live music in the park during the summer months, watching the Blue Angels soar above, and many fun festivals throughout the year!

She has been married for over 30 years and has volunteered in her community with many great organizations such as Every Child a Reader in Escambia (ECARE), Habitat for Humanity, and KlaasKids Search & Rescue. Kerrin and Joe are active volunteers with the K9 team and help to find lost and missing individuals.

They make their home in Gulf Breeze.
