Kerry Grimes

Kerry was born and raised in Spokane Washington. She has been married to her husband John since 1982. Together they raise three children along with nearly 100 others. They housed (billeted) Spokane Chiefs hockey players for 15 years. The players ranged in age from 16 to 20 and came from all over the world from Canada to Czechoslovakia.

Kerry started her real estate career in 1989. She has been with the same brokerage since she started. They started out as a small brokerage called Star brokers. Since their affiliation with Windermere, they have grown to one of the strongest offices in Spokane. Kerry is very proud of the work she's done with the Windermere foundation. This is a nonprofit changing the lives of low income and homeless in our community. Kerry has been the foundation rep for Windermere North from the beginning. 20+ years.

Kerry works to consistently exceed her clients’ expectations. When they close the transaction it's her hopes that every client feels good about the experience. Client satisfaction is her top priority. Because of this, most of her business comes from past clients and referrals.
