Kerry Hall

Kerry Lee lives, works, and plays in Southern Maine. Having grown up in Central Massachusetts, a graduate of Penn State University, she moved to Maine in 1999 with her husband and two young children and has resided in the state ever since.

First licensed to practice real estate in 2001, beginning her career under the guidance and direction of Martin Cates in the Midcoast. Working alongside Martin for the past 20 years, she has been an integral part of the origination of the Company in 2012, and its calculated growth. Working remotely in a digital age as Head of Operations while also leading a team in the Southern Maine marketplace.

Kerry Lee is passionate about community and her business is built on her honest, caring approach to her clients. She has built a team in Southern Maine in which Kerry Lee is the Lead Broker. Collectively with the assistance of Aimee Cates Ramirez, Jen Brenerman, and Jillian Bailer, they are able to provide clients with a 5-star experience. As a team, they take pride in their thoughtful approach and education along the way. The team specializes in working with Buyers, from first-time home buyers to vacation home seekers, to those moving into the area and transitioning from a larger home.

A true passion for the outdoors, spending days exploring is what she loves best: walking the beaches, hiking the trails, and strolling the beautiful coastline. Having grown up in a golfing family, she can often be found chasing that little white ball down the fairway as well.

Kerry lives in Scarborough with her husband Tom. They have two adult children Brendan and Emma.
