Kerry Herdt

Kerry is a transplant to the Northern Nevada region. He grew up in Kansas in a small farm town and eventually left once he enlisted in the Navy. After the Navy, he went into public relations and marketing where he spent the better part of 25 years. Looking for a fresh start, Kerry began working in the real estate industry in 2016, seeking a change of pace and a career full of meaning and connection.

Kerry’s real estate career is driven by his value of the Golden Rule, the intention and driving principle to treat you, the client, the way he would like to be treated if roles were reversed. It is the above approach that has helped him build a successful business and to become a top producer in the field over the duration of his career.

Kerry purchased his first home in Sparks/Reno, Nevada where he lives with his wife and their pets, Noah and Tommy. They fill their free time with hiking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. Kerry is truly invested in Northern Nevada. His experience in public relations and marketing, as well as his familiarity with Northern Nevada, will be assets to both buyers and sellers alike.
