Kerry King

While spending the early years of her career in the startup and tech space, Kerry found herself relocating to the Denver area knowing she wanted to put roots down and enter into a hyper-local career path. Ultimately, real estate offered her the opportunity to meet new people and build a business all her own. Her passion for helping Denver’s young professionals navigate the housing market earned her the 2018 Rookie of the Year Award. She is known by her clients to always be two steps ahead in the buying or selling process, making their experience simplified, streamlined, and highly personalized.

Born in Michigan and raised in Ohio, Kerry believes it’s her balance of midwestern values and NYC-level drive that makes residential real estate such a perfect fit. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her Sheepadoodle Pip, reading, working out, and hanging out with friends. You can also find her out on the golf course, where she has participated in a women’s league for the last four years.
