About Kerry

I was raised in the Northwest and graduated from the University of Oregon. I met my husband to be when he was the best man in my sister’s Bay Area wedding in 1989, and became a South Bay resident in 1990. I have been a licensed real estate agent since 2002. I sell principally in Santa Clara County.

Together with my husband, Phil, we have raised two boys in our Cambrian home. Both graduated from Bellarmine, Andrew, 24, graduated from Santa Clara in 2016, and Alex, 21, scheduled to graduate Santa Clara in 2018. My Dad was a licensed broker in Oregon and owned his own offices. I worked for him in the summers during high school and college, and have been around the business all my life.

I love selling real estate because I love meeting people and the thrill each transaction offers ~ whether presenting the winning offer for my buyers, or negotiating the best contract for my sellers!

"As a research scientist with a Ph.D., I probably over-analyze most things, but I am fiercely goal-oriented. My wife and I carefully chose Kerry based on her experience and skills, and on our common values. Because we had time flexibility, Kerry guided us with a doable time/task schedule to get things done (declutter, paint over some “bold” colors, staging, etc.) by our optimum target sale date and to achieve the best sale price. We relied on Kerry’s experience to set the asking price. The results speak for themselves: The house sold in eight days for a significant amount over asking (and, maybe more importantly, more than I thought was possible). I endorse Kerry unequivocally."
