Kerry Tanner is an expert real estate agent. She has purchased and sold several properties for us. Our first contact with Kerry was as a new buyer. We were looking for a small rental property that needed minor repairs so that we could move into one apartment, fix it up and earn income for a lifetime. Kerry patiently educated us regarding the financials along the way, with endless suggestions and helped us to look at the potential of each property in ways that we could not have, due to our inexperience.

Kerry was the only agent that we contacted for our next venture, and the next, and the next. She ultimately helped us to find our forever home. It was a diamond in the rough (fixer/upper) and she caused us to realize that it was perhaps the only opportunity to get us into the neighborhood that we had coveted for some time. Because of her reputation and professional network, she did the research and put things in place so that once again we landed where we wanted to and we absolutely love our home to this day.

When it was time to sell a property, we contacted Kerry once again. In relatively no time it was sold! We were treated well and could not have asked for more in terms of how things worked out for us financially. It was literally the easiest real estate transaction we’ve ever experienced or ever heard of anyone else experiencing. Kerry mitigated every potential issue and addressed it before it became a valid concern for both sides. She worked with the buyer agent and it felt like we put the property on the market, then showed up for the Closing and deposited our funds from the sale. It was a flawless experience, and we were informed of what would take place ahead of time, then as it happened in real time we received electronic updates, so there were never any surprises.

Without Kerry to manage everything and to speak or represent us when needed, we would not have had such positive outcomes. Because of Kerry’s sincere dedication to her clients, we slept well in the midst of each transaction, knowing that we were in the best hands possible. Do not let her kind ways and laid-back energy fool you! Kerry is a shark when it comes to protecting her client’s best interests. We had a lot of up and down but she stuck it out with when I got so frustrated she talk to me when I wanting to quit she gave me her inspiration . Made the mistake of attempting purchase on my own and realized it wasn’t a good thing. I met Kerry and she helped me every step of the way. I felt so much more secure being able to go to her with questions and her giving advice, basically a team-based process. There were so many things that she brought to my attention that I had not been aware of. Also, she was an invaluable asset during a rough closing process because of the title company.
