He is absolutely wonderful to have as an agent! Kerstin went above and beyond to help me find the perfect house. He worked with me during the whole transaction and negotiations and is willing to communicate whenever anything comes up. Kerstin kept a calm and collected head during the tough situations. Kerstin is prompt, has great knowledge of the market, and has a good yet calm mindset that could have made a potentially chaotic purchase process simple. His commitment to making sure I was well taken care of and set the highest standards of a listing agent. I had other people such as the Title Company or the Bank saying conflicting statements, but Kerstin always knew the facts when the others did not. He was kind to my wishes for my first home purchase experience and I highly recommend him!

We won the jackpot when Kerstin answered our first home inquiry on Zillow. Our twenty something daughter was interested in relocating to the Cleveland area and purchasing her first home. From the initial home shopping experience to the actual final purchase of the house, Kerstin was there every step of the way for all of us. He was an excellent communicator throughout the process with all of us, anticipated my daughter's needs, and was accommodating with all of our requests. His attention to details, experience with real estate transactions, and diplomacy were definitely apparent especially dealing with the challenges caused by the seller’s agent. My husband and I cannot thank him enough for helping make this first time home owners experience for our daughter a success. We highly recommend Kerstin for anyone's real estate needs.

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Kerstin Clark to find our home and it was a blessing. Kerstin was very patient and wise in our home search. Kerstin did a great job helping us find the right house at the right price for our family. He also put us at ease and made our first home buying experience really easy. He was very helpful and professional. He went out of his way to make sure all parties were satisfied and helped us handle all the details.
