Kevin Anstett

Kevin Anstett was born in Fort Collins. His family moved to Estes Park shortly after, where he had the best hiking, climbing and mountain biking a kid could ask for. Kevin spent a lot of time swimming in very cold rivers and lakes, building tree forts and hanging with his five siblings. In High School, he had the opportunity to move to Steamboat Springs and spent the next several years snowboarding and back country skiing before relocating to Fort Collins in 2009. He founded a landscape company and that grew quickly with opportunity to serve all of Northern Colorado. At this same time, he began his career in real estate and ultimately discovered that selling is a craft he truly enjoys. Coming into the market at a hard time in real estate gave him a unique perspective, investment opportunities were everywhere and he spent the bulk of the first 6 years working with people buying and selling rentals and fix-n-flips, something he still does a lot of today. along with residential sales, Kevin found his specialty falls where he is familiar, outside, He loves Farm, Ranch and Recreational properties. The challenge of a unique property or unconventional deal always keeps his job interesting.
