This is my 5th real estate transaction and Kevin is my very most favorite realtor! If you want something done right, ask Kevin. He is classy, knowledgeable about the market, helpful (he helped me start packing), he tried to help me before we even signed the listing agreement! He then prepared my place for showings, showed it to over 100 people, and took beautiful photographs of it, and priced it right. He had the place sold in a timely manner. He is the most effective real estate agent I have ever worked with and others could learn from him! His model works!
