Kevin is awesome. I used him as a buyers agent and he was so dedicated towards getting me the right home. He’s fantastic with the details! Does thorough reviews of contracts, raises any concerns he sees, has a good eye for issues with the house. I was a hard client (or maybe the market was just rough) but we looked at probably 30 homes and put 6 offers in. He never complained and maintained enthusiasm to the end. Highly highly recommend.

Kevin is simply the best!  I was ready to move after 15 years of being in my home - just as Covid hit.  During this uncertain time, I was very unsure as to how to navigate this process. Kevin's professional approach and optimistic outlook moved the process forward with ease - even when challenged with selling during a global pandemic.  In order to adhere to social distancing, Kevin went above and beyond by using many tools - 3D and virtual tours of the house, drones to capture aerial views, Facebook Live sessions, etc.

Kevin is also well connected in the community, and all the vendors/handymen/lenders that he recommended made my entire process a breeze - best of all, Kevin kept all parties on track. Once my house was under contract, Kevin represented me in the fun process of finding my new home - and we found the perfect place. Being a first time home buyer, I was expecting weeks of stressful days. However working with Kevin, he made it all go very seamlessly! At the start of our search he met with us to find out our wants and needs in a home. From there Kevin was able to let us know what house hunting was going to look like in a very competitive market. Knowing now how competitive we had to be, Kevin was able to negotiate with the other relator and got us a great deal on our first home!! Kevin knew what home we would ultimately purchase before my wife and I even realized it. Although he knew this, he took us to see many homes and accompanied us to multiple open houses. He was considerate of our checklist items (what we did not want to compromise on and what school district we wanted to be in) and when we saw our new home, we knew it was the one. Let’s be honest, buying a house is stressful. It’s infinitely more stressful when you have to unexpectedly move to a different state for work, on a tight timeline, sell another home at the same time, and you’re moving to an extremely competitive market all while chasing a toddler and there’s another kiddo on the way. Enter the absolute need for an amazing real estate agent that knows their stuff, knows the market, is willing to go above and beyond and can see you through every crazy step of the way; enter Kevin Bednoski and Jennifer Yoo.

I can tell you without a doubt that my family’s situation was not an everyday real estate transaction and we definitely hit a lot of bumps along the way, but Kevin and Jennifer were unwavering in their dedication to help us find a home that would be great for our family. They LISTENED; which sounds like such a small thing but it’s so hard to find an agent that can do this and that small detail allowed them to help us find the perfect home. We had multiple setbacks in the process but they stayed with us sending us listings, getting on late evening phone calls, keeping us on track, even picking me up and dropping me off at the airport when I flew in to see a house. I know we weren’t their only clients, but man it sure felt that way. They cared for our family and did everything in their power to see us through the process, even entertaining my toddler tornado so I could actually look at the houses we were touring and then giving us great recommendations for local businesses to get some things done on the new house before we moved in. Their professionalism while also seeing us as people made them a powerhouse.

Thank you could never do justice to the sincere gratitude we have for the way Kevin and Jennifer served our family. This move was mentally, physically, and emotionally draining but this dream-team saw us through one of the hardest things we’ve ever done. If you are looking to buy or sell a home I have absolutely no qualms telling you to use Kevin and/or Jennifer; you will most definitely be in the best hands.

Kevin arrived at the initial meeting with a completely prepared market analysis and marketing plan, was in the same asking price range I had arrived at and asked me what I expected in terms of price and length of time on the market before sale. No pressure and after we talked everything over he asked whether he should call me or wait for me to call him. No hard sell or criticism of other agencies. And he did wait for me to call him as I told him that I had spoken with other agents.

Had an offer on the house in less than 24 hours after the sign went up and closed a month later. Kevin provided a great deal of patience and help with some computer glitches on our part, shoveled snow for us when we couldn't get over there, suggested various contractors for items that needed attention, was there anytime someone was in the house, really went the extra mile for us and then some.

Overall I would say it was a learning experience for me as it had been a long time since I sold a house and the first time I'd sold one I had never lived in. I couldn't have had a better agent than Kevin Bednoski to guide me through the process, he was fantastic.
