Kevin and I have done numerous deals together over the course of the last 10 years. His expertise, no-nonsense approach to real estate is incredibly refreshing in an industry that can be much more about symbolism instead of substance. Keven never wastes my time on properties He knows won’t fit my needs - I think it comes from his understanding of his clients, his willingness to complete the objectives of his customer and never putting his commissions at the heart of what motivates him to get a deal done. I would highly recommended Kevin to anyone who is interested in investment real estate or has a need to execute a complicated real estate transaction. His knowledge is nearly unmatched in the industry for the northern Colorado investment market. He’s quick witted and incredibly thorough in his records and contracts. I will absolutely utilize Kevin in my future transactions.

Kevin helped my family and I through our first real estate purchase. From beginning to end, he was thorough, professional and had our best interest all the way through. His knowledge of the market and forward thinking made us feel confident and comfortable knowing everything was well thought out every step of the way. I am an interior designer in northern Colorado, and I was looking for a fixer-upper to purchase and renovate. Kevin found a wonderful home that was exactly what I was looking for. He made all of the details of the real estate transaction so easy to understand and was there every step of the way. When I finished the project and went to relist the property Kevin was once again my realtor. He marketed the property beautifully, and was there again every step of the way on the sale. I especially appreciated his feedback and opinions on the various offers, and I wouldn't hesitate to work with him again!

He advocates for his clients and really watches the market for housing that will make them happy.
