When my out-of-state parents wanted to list their home and move closer to me, I wanted to find a great local agent that understood their market and would help them get the best deal. I knew Kevin was that agent after the first phone call and we were very happy with the whole process. He was responsive, patient with a lot of questions, and helped everything go smoothly. I would highly recommend him for any real estate needs in the Chicago area.

Superb ! Kevin is easy going has a great personality not pushy all while being very knowledgeable. He kept us up to date on everything & was always very quick to reply to any question we had. Buying a house in 2021 was an absolute nightmare. I was glad to have Kevin as our realtor during this process. Houses were going very fast and Kevin was very responsive when we wanted to look at a home. He would set up the showing ASAP and would be there for us. Once it was time to put in our offers, we had tough questions for Kevin given the VERY competitive nature of this market. We felt that Kevin’s expertise and experience provided us with the absolute best advice to make the best decisions we could. 100% will use Kevin again and highly recommend him.

Kevin was absolutely fantastic to work with. We were first time buyers and also buying from out of state. Kevin took the time to understand all of our needs and worked with our schedule. He was responsive via call, text, and email and always had time to answer our questions. The best part of working with him though was when he was able to notify us immediately when a house we wanted came back on the market after a sale with other buyers fell through. Because of his follow up and diligence we were able to get our offer submitted and it was accepted just a few hours later. I would recommend Kevin to anyone looking to buy a home in the area.

If I could give more stars I would. Kevin is amazing and extremely knowledgeable of the neighborhoods and entire home buying process. Any questions or concerns were addressed within minutes via text/call/email. I don’t think we waited more than 5 minutes for a response from him ever, he’s that good. For showings, Kevin was readily available, got information on the properties quickly, and provided detailed data/market research including when he thought the home was over-priced. During negotiations Kevin kept us informed and was on top of everything. The entire process was very smooth and easy. Truly could not have asked for a better realtor thank you Kevin!

What can I say had 2 realtors before that could not get the job done Kevin came in gave me a few pointers put the house back on the market in the middle of November of 2019 and he had it sold I the 10th of January 2020 he is very professional tells you what the house will sell for and he was correct all I can say if you are looking for a great professional realtor who is always in contact with you he is the guy I can’t

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Kevin Dahm to sell our condo in Aurora and buy a house in Naperville in February 2020, and he made both experiences very easy for us. He has great local knowledge of markets like Naperville and Aurora, and we loved how responsive he was whenever we had a question. It took us months to find the house we loved, and he was great about getting showings on our schedule. Kevin was very helpful during our showings and pointed out things that he knew we cared about and also things that would be concerning about the houses we saw. His recommendation for the real estate lawyer and home inspector were excellent as well. Kevin sold our condo quickly, and found us a home we recently moved into and love. Kevin Dahm did a terrific job selling our house. He presented himself professionally and was very knowledgeable of the Naperville market having grown up there. During our first meeting, he provided a personalized booklet detailing his experience along with the benefits of working with Baird and Warner. Kevin had good information on the market in our area for the type of house we were selling along with plenty of comparisons. He was very informative on what to expect during the process. The house needed a little facelift and Kevin had good resources for contractors and painters. After completion, we put together a plan to list the property but hold off for a day or two before opening the property up for showings to generate some anticipation. Kevin started out with an open house and had close to 20 buyers walk through. We immediately got two solid offers at the asking price and just like that the house was sold! Hi highly recommend Kevin Dahm for anyone looking to make a real estate transaction.

Kevin impressed us out the gate with his professionalism and even more so with an outstanding open house turnout during our 1st week on market (also during a snow storm)! He kept us informed and aware of deadlines along the way and went above and beyond during the selling process. Since we relocated back to CA, we were not physically present during the sale. But Kevin took responsibility to make sure our home was in good shape for the scheduled appointments, including inspection, appraisal, repairs, etc. We would highly recommend him! You will be in great hands!
