Kevin was exactly who I needed in my home buying process. He was respectful of my wishes, yet encouraged me to look outside my lens (while staying true to the stated budget) and in doing so, we found the perfect house. His knowledge of the current market was realistic, and we navigated the process as a team. He was attentive to my every (and many) questions. In what is a hugely stressful process, Kevin was a "cool customer" and in doing so, abated my concerns. I cannot recommend him enough.

Kevin was an amazing guide to us and helped us find the perfect home in the perfect location. We were not in town very much so a lot of his work for us was done remotely. BEST OF THE BEST!

I just recently put my house on the market and was 3 months postpartum. As a single mom, I thought it was going to be a daunting process, trying to get everything accomplished while I was still out on leave. Kevin went above and beyond. He walked me through the entire process, was straightforward, honest, kind and caring. He kept me updated on all the steps and managed to get me well over the asking price. His calm demeanor was exactly what this high strung mom needed! I couldn't be more grateful to him.

Kevin recently guided my wife and I through both buying and selling a house. He helped us land a beautiful home and sell our previous one with a minimum of fuss. Kevin is direct, calm, and was always available to answer questions or offer advice. He has many many contacts for whenever we wanted to address something or get some help. When we encountered a difficult possible buyer he guided us through reasoned and reasonable responses to unreasonable demands, so we sold our house just fine and at a price beyond our expectations. Oh, and Kevin has a good sense of humor.

Kevin Herrick handled every aspect of my home purchase in Rochester with expertise, knowledge and professionalism. My transaction was a bit unusual because I was living in California and looking for a home in Rochester. Kevin enthusiastically checked out the homes I found on line and advised me accordingly. He assisted me in finding a lender and helped me in formulating my best offer. After closing, I was still in California, and Kevin coordinated having the floors refinished and getting the house painted. When I finally moved in the house was ready. I know it sounds like a cliche, but Kevin truly went above the call of duty for me. I highly reccommend Kevin Herrick when you need the services of a Realtor!

My girlfriend and I closed on our first house last week. Kevin came HIGHLY recommended by a close friend who had also recently bought a house. When we first sat down with him, we could tell it was a good fit. Kevin helped us keep realistic expectations in a very difficult market and put together a competitive offer that was well within our price range. He was available whenever we had questions and he took us to see every house we were interested in without hesitation. He was patient with us every step of the way. He knew what we wanted and what we didn't want, and he even reminded us a couple times when we were acting more on emotion than practicality. It was refreshing to work with someone who had such an intimate understanding of our needs and stuck with us until we found the right place!
