I am so grateful for Kevin. As many know, the rental market in LA is very competitive. Moving from Michigan, it was incredibly hard to find someone who would work with my situation. I was beginning to lose hope until I found Kevin’s listing and spoke with him on the phone. This was our first time buying a home and we were pretty clueless. Kevin walked us through each step, answering our (many) questions with care and patience. He’s very knowledgeable about the market and property styles and was quick to volunteer information about the pros and cons of different layouts, finishes, appliance brands, etc.

He was available dawn till dusk to chat with us or meet us at properties on a whim. If we became anxious he was always calm—we never felt pressured to settle, in fact we felt just the opposite: that he wouldn’t let us settle and would help us look until we found the perfect one. And we did! He guided us through bidding, escrow, and our closing, again, always at the ready to walk us through the things we didn’t understand.

Our escrow ended up being extended about a week and we were in a crunch to get it closed before our move out date-he spoke with our mortgage broker and the escrow company to get all documents filled and signed as quickly as possible so we were able to close in time to move out of our old apartment right into our new home.

He’s really great at what he does and is also a great guy. He always met us with a smile, had a positive outlook, and was happy to help.

I can’t wait to buy our next home just so we can work with him again. =]

Kevin is a highly skilled, knowledgeable, well connected and experienced agent that got us top dollar for our home while making the entire process as smooth and easy on us as possible. He always made himself available and responded quickly to any questions we had (even the most simple or stupid ones) and when getting the house ready to sell he had someone for any job/repair that was needed. He truly is a rock star!

Kevin has just acted as my agent in the purchase of my first house, and I recommend him highly. He worked hard to find properties within my budget and to organize viewings to fit into my (sometimes difficult) schedule. Once I found a place I liked, he worked just as hard to get my offer accepted; throughout the purchase process he was excellent to deal with. As a first-time buyer, he made a lot of effort to help me through the process and to keep it all on track. Skilled negotiator, very likeable and always professional.

I have one more reason to recommend Kevin; when my mortgage process stalled with the lender I had lined up, he put me in touch with a broker who organized my loan at an excellent rate and worked just as hard as Kevin did. I can't imagine having a better team for the loan and purchase than Kevin and Mitch.

Actually, I first met Kevin when he sold a property for a friend of mine that other agents had been unable to sell; this leads me to believe that he'd be just as good an agent for a seller as he has been for me. Thanks Kevin!
