He is always diligent, responsive at all hours, thorough in his assessment and recommendations, and his sharp focus and keen eye for details have saved us thousands of dollars. When appropriate, Kevin will offer alternative proposals that have always served us well. I have dealt with real estate personnel for 50+ years, and Kevin Mayer is absolutely the best of all of them.

Having moved many times in my adult life, I worked with a number of realtors. My experience with Kevin Mayer has been head and shoulders above all of them. He is a passionate, exceptionally knowledgeable, competent, and thorough realtor. Kevin sold my home in Scottsdale and facilitated the purchase of my new one in Cave Creek. He personally guided me through the process, advising me of problem areas to be wary of and pointing out important assets at each property. He listened to my preferences and followed through on them meticulously. Moreover, Kevin is a valuable resource and readily referred me to trustworthy professionals who enabled me to transform my new property into the home sanctuary I was seeking. I moved here a month before selling my last home and never had to return to as Kevin checked it inside and out at least twice a week and held several weekend-long open houses that facilitated a timely sale to a well qualified buyer. The closings on both the old and new homes were effortless. In light of this most positive experience, I can highly recommend Kevin Mayer and his team without reservation.

What a blessing that I met Kevin as a representative to sell my mother's home. Never have had such service in the past. Me being in and out of state and Kevin working with my mother was above the call of duty.
Mom is 91 years young, with memory issues. Now that's trusting!!! He was the man with his hands on approach helping with checking in to see if she needed anything. When I met Kevin, I was in the middle of a medical emergency with my mother. I had limited time to settle her affairs, help her through a medical rehab for an injury, and find her a home in assisted living. I might mention that I do not now, nor have I ever, lived in Arizona. I live in Connecticut.
I started talking with Kevin about the fact that I had limited time to find a way to settle her estate. He immediately came to help me. He and the people in his office and other people that they do business with took care of everything for me. Having an estate sale, cleaning the house, selling the house and bringing that sale to fruition was the easiest part of my misadventure. The team took care of everything. The house sold in no time, and I was off the hook for a large part of my troubles.
Kevin kept in touch with me, helped me with anything I needed. He helped me get answers for legal questions. He even let me use the printer in his office. I can't say enough how much Kevin and the team helped me during a very stressful time when I needed a lot of assistance.
I doubt that I will ever need a realtor in Arizona again, but if I do, I would call Kevin first. I've bought and sold houses before, and I've never had such a seamless, non stressful, well communicated, honest experience as this one. Thank you Kevin! I wish everything else had gone so well.

Kevin helped me list a number of Sun City properties belonging to my Canadian friends who are locked down north of the border. He managed the sale of all the units remotely as the owners could not travel to Sun City to deal with any of the details. We were not able to be in Arizona at the time we wanted to sell our condo. Kevin and Nicholai prepared our unit for Open House and we had an acceptable offer the first day of showings. Kevin walked us through all our signing agreements and set us up with Escrow. He was extremely helpful from the beginning to the completion of our sale.
