About Kevin

After running an auto repair business in the Treasure Valley for over 15 years Kevin McLaughlin was ready to pursue his passion for real estate. Kevin McLaughlin felt his experience managing the body shop perfectly transitioned him into running his own real estate business. Kevin McLaughlin honed his people skills, negotiations, and knack for business and turned that directly into his real estate profession. Since then, Kevin McLaughlin has been involved in hundreds of Real Estate transactions from investment property, short sales to bank owned homes.

With over a hundred short sale transactions successfully closed Kevin McLaughlin has used those negotiating skills to help people who are in need while looking out for their best interests. Knowing that Kevin McLaughlin can help families move forward with their lives is extremely gratifying.

Kevin McLaughlin hasn’t left the car business. His hobby is building and tearing apart his ’66 Chevelle and tinkering with bicycles, old and new. His three children are is pride and joy and put up with the new version of the body shop in his own garage.
