Cannot recommend Kevin enough as your realtor! We started the buying process living a couple of hours away and Kevin was so accommodating with our limited hours to visit houses, willing to work 24/7 it seemed to find us our dream home. As first time home buyers, he took the time to explain everything to us throughout the whole process and was excellent with answering any questions that we had. We felt 100% confident relying on Kevin’s knowledge and expertise. We ended up having to go through multiple rounds of negotiations with the sellers and again Kevin made himself available at all hours to support us. In a challenging market, Kevin was able to get us a very advantageous price on a wonderful house!

Kevin was an amazing realtor. Not just selling my condo, but helping me find a new home. We have a very tight time frame to work within and Kevin made it all happen without a hiccup. I love my new home and am thankful for all of Kevin's hard work and help. Not that I am planning on moving again in the near future, but if I were going to I would call Kevin again without hesitation!

He handled some complex issues on our behalf and was also able to be our eyes, ears and hands through the process when we were a few hours away during the sale process. I highly recommend him to anyone selling (or buying) a home!

It was great having Kevin represent us during our home search in South Jersey. We toured many houses to discover what we liked, and what aspects were most important to us. Kevin was available almost at a moments notice to get us in to see houses that had hit the market as early as 30 minutes prior. During negotiations, Kevin gave great advice in what he felt were fair/competitive offers, and recommended certain negotiation strategies that we would not have considered. He made the home buying process very simple, and enjoyable for our family.
