Kevin has lived in the South Bay for almost 30 years and has a significant presence in luxury property sales in Palos Verdes and the Beach Cities. He values honesty and straight-forwardness in his interactions with his clients, and his success proves this is an effective strategy.

From a background with over 20 years in the apparel industry as a textile converter and importer, Kevin has always enjoyed navigating issues and coming up with outstanding outcomes, whether it be shipping clothing from China to Los Angeles, or activating his considerable contacts to find an off-market opportunity that is exactly what his clients are looking for.

A graduate of UCLA, Kevin loves his Bruins but has tons of Trojan friends too. He is most proud of his family, with his wife Cathy and 5 (!!!) daughters that have made him into a better man. He has deep roots in this area and knows the virtues of each neighborhood in Palos Verdes and beyond.
