Kevin was wonderful when he helped us find our home. We were in a very difficult situation where we were trying to sell our home in NJ while looking in PA. I had started a new job in PA and had to stay with my parents during the week so I could work and my husband stayed at our home in NJ, so we only saw each other on weekends. I enrolled my kids in school in the school district where my parents live, so we wanted to find a house in the same district, preferably at the same elementary school so I would not have to move them again. Kevin went out of his way to find us a home we could afford that allowed my children to attend the same elementary school. This also enabled them to take a bus from school to my parents' house so we did not have to send the kids to aftercare.

The whole process was extremely stressful and Kevin kept me sane throughout. You could not find a better partner to help you navigate the home buying process.

He had a good reputation and was highly recommended by several people we know. He was knowelgeable and oviously had a lot of experience. He is a very nice person and professional. He also looked out for us throughout the entire home sale and home search. We sold our home thur Kevin and upgraded to a larger home. He negotiated extremely well on the sale of our home and we received more than we expected. He says he treats your home as if its his own and he proved that. It wasnt about the quick paycheck or commission. He then did the same thing with the purchase. Acted as if he was buying for him self ...Again negotiated a good deal and argued some home inspection issues. We are very pleased with Kevin and would recommend him to everyone we know. Kevin is the real deal! He's genuine and has lots of experience. We can see why he is a top producer. More importantly he has integirity and he really cares. Thank you Kevin for all your help.
