We moved from San Antonio, TX, to FL last Nove 2016. Kevin helped us secure a temporary rental on short notice, while we got oriented with the area, and searched for our permanent residence. During that search, he was very proactive in his assistance and very responsive to our questions and requests. In the end, he helped us get into the home we eventually purchased. Kevin was extemely proactive, responsive, and resourceful throughout the whole process of our transition. I would say that if you want an agent that will have your back, all te way through, Kevin's the right man for the job. I do highly recommend him as a realty agent.

We first met Kevin in 2007 when we began looking for a new home--our first ever to buy. Right away you could tell he was totally focused on you and had every interest in mind to help find that new home that really fit us. He was always there when we had questions and when he wasn't sure he didn't B.S. us, instead he picked up the phone and called someone who knew the answer. We must have looked at 20+ houses in just a few days and yet he was ready to continue and also when we wanted to a second look at a few he was ready to go. When the process started, he explained every step and on what would take place and how long we should have to wait. When we got the house he was just as excited and jumped for joy with us. What was great afterward was that he'd stopped by or called us out of the blue over the next year or more to see how we were and how we loved our new home. He became a friend--not that guy we bought the house with. Then when the military said it was time to move and we decided we had to sell, he was the first and only person to come to mind to help us sell it. We got it sold and felt such a relief to once again have Kevin on our side. We just bought another house in another state and we missed not having Kevin as our agent. But we also did so much better because of what we learned from him--heck we educated our agent here when she was not sure of something. :) I could go on and say more, but really all you need to know is Kevin is the agent you want on your side when you go to buy or sell a home. You can't go wrong and you will feel so relieved to know he is on your team. Once again -- Kevin, thank you from Vanessa and Drew!

Kevin helped me with a short sale property that took about 5-months to close. He is very trustful, professional, persistent, and communicates very well. Kevin was totally on my side and helped me get a great deal on a really nice home. My expectations were really exceeded. If I were to recommend a realtor, it would definitely be Kevin Strawter.
