Topeka is the city where he raised his own children, and the area where he has practiced as an award-winning REALTOR for nearly three decades. He has also received the Hall of Fame Award along with other numerous achievements, and has been ranked a TOP 5 agent in Topeka by REALTrends.

As a former professional photographer, a decade ago Kevin introduced marketing homes with high quality, eye-catching photography, using high-end equipment and lens. His photography doubled the average number of showings over his competition. He has helped thousands of buyers and sellers, and many of his clients have referred others because of their positive experience.

Kevin strongly believes in supporting and giving back to his local community, and has contributed both time and resources to local organizations and charities such as: Board of Directors of the Topeka Rescue Mission for the last 17 years, Founder's Board of Directors of Net-Reach, Doxazo, Restore Hope, Children’s Palace, Focus on the Prophecies Ministry, and others. He has served his industry while on the Board of Directors of the Sunflower Area Association of REALTOR. Kevin is the author of several books.
