Mr. Khalid Muneer has 35 years of experience in International banking, finance and commercial real estate portfolio management. As a strategic real estate expert of local and global experience his strengths include analysis followed by development and implementation of business plans and policies. These areas include brokerage, financial strategies, strategic planning, risk management, financial analysis and planning, complex negotiations, consultations, structuring portfolios, investment appraisals, acquisition due diligence, sales planning and value adding propositions to achieve differentiation from competitors.
Recently he has been an advisor for the Dhabi Group, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Prior to the Abu Dhabi assignment he developed Prudential’s International real estate brokerage business in South America and the Middle East in order to diversify their geographical business base and revenue.
