Just a few years after graduating from the University of Central Florida (Go Knights!), with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Kim obtained her Florida real estate license.

She crafted her marketing skills first in vacation product marketing, but ultimately she realized that real estate was her true calling. Fast forward 28+ years later, and Kim still gets tremendous satisfaction from overcoming the challenge of finding a buyer's perfect home, or educating sellers about the market and preparing their home for sale. It never gets old!

When she's not out selling homes, Kim's favorite thing to do is travel throughout the U.S. and overseas. Closer to home she enjoys visiting the Orlando theme parks, cheering on the UCF Knights teams, gardening, reading, or just enjoying time with family. Kim enjoys volunteer work with Habitat for Humanity, Coalition for the Homeless, and she is an active member and volunteer at her Winter Garden church.

Kim has served as a real estate mentor and advisor for many years and values the camaraderie of a dynamic sales team comprised of herself and two of her best friends. They provide each other with sales support, advice, and most of all, positive encouragement. This translates to exceptional service for all of their clients.
