Just a few years after graduating from the University of Central Florida (Go Knights!), with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Kim obtained her Florida real estate license.

She crafted her marketing skills first in vacation product marketing, but ultimately she realized that real estate was her true calling. Fast forward 28+ years later, and Kim still gets tremendous satisfaction from overcoming the challenge of finding a buyer's perfect home, or educating sellers about the market and preparing their home for sale. It never gets old!

When she's not out selling homes, Kim's favorite thing to do is travel throughout the U.S. and overseas. Closer to home she enjoys visiting the Orlando theme parks, cheering on the UCF Knights teams, gardening, reading, or just enjoying time with family. Kim enjoys serving as a volunteer within her Winter Garden church and has also participated in service projects with Habitat for Humanity, the Coalition for the Homeless and Agua Viva Serves.

Kim has spent many years mentoring and advising in real estate, and one of her favorite parts of the business is working alongside two of her closest friends. Together, they share ideas, supporting one another, and always lifting each other up. That spirit of encouragement carries over to the way they care for their clients, turning what can be a stressful process into a positive, guided experience.
