Kim Brogus is the Employing Broker and Owner of Ember and Stone. As an experienced real estate agent since 2012, Kim brings a solid transactional background and savvy negotiating skills to help her clients on both sides of the table, whether buying or selling.

Living in five states in 15 years, Kim has experienced many places and gained expertise in moving a family. Her experiences, plus a passion for helping others, have yielded a successful career in real estate. Choosing a house to become a family’s home brings about a myriad of emotions that Kim knows well.

Kim navigates the home buying process hand in hand with her clients, remaining sensitive, objective and professional. She believes that the chances of success increase when basing a transaction upon three pillars: protection, money, and mistake avoidance. Kim uses these pillars as a guide when navigating real estate transactions while tailoring her services to fit her client’s needs.

Kim graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BS in Business Mgmt with a Marketing Concentration from North Carolina State University. Kim lives in Greenwood Village with her family of six.
