Review as a Buyer: When we started looking for a home in Spring of 2020, Kim started showing us homes within our budget immediately. They listened to what we wanted in a home and helped make our dream of homeownership a reality! We couldn’t be more pleased with their service, understanding, and patience while going through the whole process.

Review as a Seller: When we considered selling our home in 2023, we reached out to Kim and Kay again. They gave us solid advice on what to do to prepare our home, and how much we should list the house for. Within a five days of listing, we had multiple offers. We sold over asking price, with no repairs! We loved our home but it was time for us to move on. If we were choose to Buy or Sell again, Kim and Kay will be our first call. I highly recommend them!

Kim and Kay provided me with an experience ABOVE AND BEYOND anything I could have wished for with my recent home purchase. I quickly grew to adore them both as not only realtors, but also as friends! Kim made my search for a home extremely comfortable and I knew throughout the ENTIRE process that she truly had my best interests at the heart of all she did . She was responsive to each of my requests, provided a seamless process and intentionally took the time to be sure everything was clear, understood and in my favor. Even after the process was complete, she continued to reach out to check in on my transition.
