Kim Butler

Kim Butler moved to North Carolina from Long Island New York and absolutely loves living here! Falling in love not only with the area but also the level of service she received during her own real estate experience, Kim joined ROOST Real Estate as a Real Estate Buyer Specialist after first working with ROOST as a client. She was introduced to the warm hospitality of the TarHeel State when exhibiting her home accessories company at the High Point Furniture Market. Over the years, Kim made lasting friendships here and finally decided to make NC her home. Kim understands that not only prioritizing her clients wants and needs, but also taking the time to understand who they are as a person ensures a positive and rewarding home search experience. She believes the connection she makes with them is what makes looking for a home a fun and meaningful adventure. Kim and her husband, Bob, reside in Mooresville. They have two grown children, Courtney, and Jack. Her favorite pastimes are being out on the lake and rooting for her favorite sports teams, the NY Jets and Carolina TarHeels.
