If you are reading reviews, waiting to call or waiting for a call-back... just choose Kim. She is truly phenomenal. She handled multiple, simultaneous, overlapping and quite complicated transactions for our family in an extremely brief 2-3 month timetable. She was always available and patient for every question (phone, email, text), regardless of its complexity. I am a person with many questions and never was I cut short. Kim worked constantly on our behalf kept our heading true. I could list reason after reason and scenario after scenario of how great she is and it would still pale for the reality. For some it may only be business but for us it was quite life-changing. She is the best at what she does and on top of that, an extraordinary person.

Kim is a Gem!!
Kim was absolutely amazing to work with, throughout the entire process of selling my condo - from getting my condo ready to list on the market, to when it was listed on the market, to when it was in escrow and sold.

She has decades of real estate experience in the Oakland market, which was very important to me when looking for a realtor. Over the years, she has built relationships with other realtors which was helpful in getting the "inside scoop" regarding certain situations.

Kim is not only highly knowledgeable, but she is very professional and extremely fast to get back to you when you message her about anything. And during a very stressful period in your life, she does everything she can to help relieve the stress, which I completely appreciate!

Kim is a gem! I highly recommend her for your real estate needs!

P.S. - We listed my condo on the 3rd and it closed on the 28th of the same month, in a very challenging market. I attribute all of this to her knowledge about the market, her team, and the relationships she's developed over the years.

Omg, where to start with my experience with Kim?! Kim was amazing from day one. She never pressured us, she simply showed us homes and TAUGHT us about what it means to find a good property. She showed us how to look at walls and floors and soil and crawlspaces. She was full of resources. She introduced us to our broker who we LOVED. Kim felt like family. Kim listened and her team was amazing! She gave us her opinion and heard our concerns. She made us two separate housing lists for our needs. She showed us around Oakland and ALWAYS had a positive attitude. She made the experience exciting. Between her and our broker, we closed in under a month on the property of our dreams for our first home.
