I have had the pleasure of working with Kim on multiple real estate transactions (purchase, sell and renting). I have recommended her to family and Friends and everyone raves/ thanks me for recommending her. Kim is an all hands on deck type of RE agent. She helps guide you through the process and she is a wealth of knowledge. She has amazing connections to anyone you need during the process, painters, plumbers, fire inspectors, lenders, you name it, Kim has a high quality contact to share with you. People always say that buying and selling real estate is stressful, but I have never been stressed out by the process and I truly think it’s working with Kim - her motto is “everything is figure-out-able” and it really is. She helped me purchase under asking in east Boston in 2020, helped me rent my condo for more then any other condo in the building, and helped me sell it for over asking when I listed it. Honestly - can not recommend her enough!! You will be so happy you chose to work with Kim.

Kim is the BEST hands down. We are first time home buyers and she was patient and accommodating throughout the entire process. Not only is she super knowledgeable but helped with negotiating and her network of partners (from mortgage lenders, to lawyers, to insurance agents) are all fantastic to work with and raved about Kim too! We learned so much from her too. If you need a great agent, call her ASAP.

Kim was an outstanding resource for our first home purchase. She was always available for questions, extremely responsive, realistic and overall outstanding to work with. She answered all of our questions thoughtfully and never made us feel rushed or pressured. We simply cannot say enough good things about Kim and highly recommend her!!!
