Kim Dunning

Kim is a long time Boulder resident with a degree in psychology from CU. She is originally from the San Francisco Bay Area and spent some years in Calgary Alberta as well as Santa Barbara, CA. She is drawn to the natural beauty of the outdoor world and the lifestyle that surrounds it. Hiking, gardening, beach combing, and writing are among some of her favorite past times. She has two amazing daughters and a golden retriever who keep her busy. Real Estate is one of her passions, be it discovering great investment opportunities for her clients or helping Buyers and Sellers maximize their sale or purchase. She is extremely detail oriented, customer service focused, strategic, and optimistic. Among many other things. Kim is grateful for all of her clients and the opportunity to live and work in such a wonderful community.
