Kim was awesome in helping us move across the country. She ensured everything moved along incredibly smooth as well as assisting us in ensuring our house sold in our old state as we we’re unfortunately having issues at the time. Without her I’m sure everything would have fallen through.

Kim is an amazing/very experienced realtor. She helped sell our home in VB years ago and now we PCSed back to VB in 2021 and she helped us buy a beautiful home in Cypress Point. It was an extremely difficult experience given market conditions and living in Florida. Kim and her team made the experience so so much better. She was with us every step of the way updating us constantly and working hard on our behalf (all minor details of these homes and not letting any other agent take advantage of the sight unseen experience). We had alot of unforseen issues and given her experience and knowledge she handled them perfectly. Shes an extremely knowledgeable and respectable agent in this area and for all those who want someone to listen and work for YOU....then I recommend you calling her. Kim Elliot is amazing!! After hiring a realtor who was a total disaster and had my house sitting unsold for 7 months I turned to Kim and she worked to have my house sold less than 60 days later. Kim even stayed on at her previous realty group longer just to make sure my house was sold. Kim is a real go getter and hard worker! You'll always know what's going on with your house with her and she won't leave you in the learch. If you want someone smart and professional I couldn't recommend her more.
