Born in the old St. Peter’s hospital on the westside and raised in Tumwater, Lacey and Olympia, Kim has decades of insider knowledge of this area that she is eager to share with you. Her passion for real estate was ignited when buying her first home in SE Olympia near Ward Lake, which inspired her past decade providing top Olympia realtors with specialized home listing services, such as creative technology marketing, real estate photography and downsizing/liquidation services. She even started a successful home staging business with family before joining RE/MAX as a full-time real estate broker.
After careers in management at Nordstrom and veterinary medicine in NYC, Kim returned to Olympia to raise a family of kids and pets with her husband, Russ.
