About Kim

Eugene and the Willamette Valley are some of the most beautiful places to live. Kim moved here in 1995 and has never looked back. After 22 years in the Northeast, her Northwest roots prevailed, and she relocated to Eugene. Geographically, she loves the proximity to the beach and the mountains. She can be at the beach or the top of a butte in an hour, or Portland in two. Eugene offers a diverse range of cultures, cuisines, and she tries hard to take advantage of it all.

Outside of work, Kim’s passions are swimming, cycling, and exploring the hidden corners of Oregon. If there is a river or lake nearby, she will jump in. Water feeds her in a unique way, and she loves to seek out those special spots to take the plunge.

Giving back to the community is important to Kim and she has been involved with various organizations over the years. She is currently on the Board of Directors at Cascadia Wildlands, which envisions vast old-growth forests, rivers full of wild salmon, a stable climate, and vibrant communities sustained by the unique landscapes of the Cascadia Bioregion. It is a great organization, and the work is rewarding. Kim began her path of service in the hospitality industry, managing events at 4-star hotels in Boston and on Cape Cod. She has always been interested in community involvement and service and has found real estate to be a match for her skills and passion.

Kim has been working with buyers and sellers since 2004 and continues to enjoy a business based on client-centered principles and keen attention to detail. It means a great deal to her that 90% of her business is referral based because it shows that trust in her professionalism is strong—and more importantly—proven. Kim obtained her CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation in 2010, awarded to only ~ 4% of brokers nationwide. In 2021 Kim pursued and obtained her Principal Broker's license, which elevates her education and knowledge level beyond what is required for the broker/agent level.

She is consistently a multi-million-dollar producer. Burnout is unfamiliar to her, and she is passionate about excellent service.
